Due to requests by the various International Financial Organizations and Monetary institutions with whom Iraq First is currently undergoing negotiations with, we would like to inform you of the postponement of the “Iraq First Convention for the Development of Small & Medium Enterprises” which was to be held under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah on the 7th & 8th of June 2007 in Ras Al Khaimah to a later, yet to be set date, in order to effectively establish the Iraq First organizational mechanisms to enhance the interaction between the different entities involved.
We look forward to updating you on the future dates regarding this ground breaking initiative whose projects remain ongoing and thank you for your support and firm belief that this Convention will create a positive open channel of dialogue between investors interested in potential opportunities in Iraq and local businessmen with researched, reliable business plans dedicated to catering to the demands of the large Iraqi populace through direct discussions, leading to an immeasurable amount of firsthand knowledge for prospective future business ventures.
